Kinder Klub

Our kindergarten program provides a joyful and engaging environment where children are challenged to grow academically, socially, and spiritually. Through hands-on exploration, purposeful play, and individualized instruction, students develop foundational skills in literacy and mathematics while cultivating creativity, curiosity, and confidence.

Children are encouraged to explore God’s creation through science, nature studies, collaborative projects, and critical-thinking activities designed to inspire a lifelong love of learning. Equally important is the development of character, as students learn responsibility, perseverance, teamwork, and compassion within a nurturing classroom community.

Faith is seamlessly integrated throughout the school day through our Enduring Faith curriculum, weekly chapel, music, and daily opportunities to apply biblical truth in meaningful ways.

We believe the strongest education happens through a close partnership between teachers and parents. By understanding and supporting each child’s unique learning style and God-given gifts, we help students flourish both in and beyond the classroom—equipping them to enter First Grade with confidence, strong academic foundations, and a love for learning.

Scholarships are available through ACSTO and other STOs.

Mrs. Chloe Gotcher

Mrs. Chloe Gotcher brings more than two decades of educational, ministry, and leadership experience into the classroom, including 15 years at Ascension Lutheran School and 13 years leading the beloved Kinder Klub kindergarten program. A graduate of Utah State University with a degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Elementary Music Education, Mrs. Gotcher combines strong academic instruction with creativity, warmth, and a deep passion for helping children grow. Her background includes teaching, children’s ministry leadership, directing musical productions, and years of mentoring and serving families through ministry alongside her husband, Dr. Douglas Gotcher.

As both an educator and mother of five, Mrs. Gotcher understands the importance of creating a nurturing environment where every child feels known, valued, and encouraged to succeed. She believes children are uniquely created by God and thrives on building strong partnerships with parents to support each student’s individual learning style and development. Her goal is not only to prepare students academically for First Grade, but also to help them grow in confidence, character, faith, and a lifelong love of learning.
